All orders are accepted online. Orders are also accepted via fax, telephone and email.

Opening orders are $150 minimum, $100 for re-orders. Each product has a minimum order amount, please see above. A copy of your resale certificate/or resale number must be supplied to Fresh Frances upon your initial order.

Payment is expected at the time of the order. Net 30 Terms may be established for approved vendors if a credit sheet in good standings is supplied. Fresh Frances accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash, check and money orders. Fresh Frances does not accept C.O.D. orders. Please note, prices may be subject to change.

Most orders are shipped within 5 business days of being received and shipped via ground delivery. Shipping is to be paid by purchaser. Additional shipping options and expedited orders may be arranged by request and may be subject to an additional fee for expedited service.

Returns are only accepted if items are damaged within transit. Fresh Frances must be contacted immediately to authorize any returns of damaged items.
